If you are looking for a wonderful class for women only, this is it! The class involves women of all walks of life who share a desire to develop sincere and warm relationships, to grow in their love for God, and to encourage one another to be doers of the Word and not hearers only.

Living Hope
A ministry of help and hope for Single Moms

Sunday Evenings, 6:00 – 7:30pm

With a strong desire to provide a loving, supportive and instructional environment for single moms who are divorced, never married, or widowed - Living Hope is designed to instill Bible-based principles that encourage single moms to flourish in the midst of their overwhelming circumstances; leading them to a life of Purpose and Meaning, Focus and Order, Balance and Harmony. The study will make use of the resource - The 21 Principles of a Healthy Single Mom.

AWANA Club program is available for children, ages 3 and up.

Deeper Roots Bible Study

Every Book in the Book - I & II Corinthians.

Please come and join us as we continue our study through the New Testament. You’ll share in prayer time and table discussion, tremendous goodies and coffee and tea provided. Our goal together is to establish Deeper Roots in God’s Word and encourage each other along the way. Messages and class notes are available each week on the church website.

Missions with a Heart

Tuesday luncheons

Come for a delicious luncheon and hear from members of our missionary families as they share their experiences both on and off the mission field. Learn things up-close and personal that you couldn’t learn elsewhere. Lunch is $7.00 at the door.

Explorers Bible Study

Course materials: $60 (for three books)

The Prophets of Israel

This year we will study through the Minor Prophets, with a focus on God's eternal promises to the Jews and the coming of Messiah. Homework is approximately 90 minutes per week. Participants will read and study God’s Word, answer questions, then discuss/share answers in a small group format. Explorers Studies are for women of any age, and appropriate for beginners as well as those experienced with studying the Bible.

Childcare is provided.

A Beth Moore Bible Study

Children of the Day – I & II Thessalonians

This study will provide a walk along the shores of Thessalonica with a verse-by-verse Bible study of 1 and 2 Thessalonians. During this nine week series, you'll learn how to let go of past mistakes and discover your circumstances are not coincidental - God's timing is impeccable. Whether you're facing family crises, medical diagnoses, relationship troubles, doubts, or fears, you'll come away encouraged that even though it may not feel that way, you are exactly where Christ wants you to be!

A Kay Arthur Bible Study

Covenant: God's Enduring Promises

This Bible study explores God's initiatives with humanity by learning of His covenants throughout history. Knowing God's enduring promises is the key to understanding our relationship to God. Come and explore the benefits and responsibilities of covenant as well as the character of the covenant initiator. This precept study makes use of a methodology for studying the Bible that leads women to be secure in God's faithfulness.

Theme: The Measure of a Mom

Join other moms of preschool children (birth to 6 yrs.) as we meet for a light brunch and conversation; along with Biblical instruction on subjects such as child-rearing, homemaking, and marriage. We have encouraging discussions in small groups, mentoring provided by seasoned mothers, and opportunities for new friendships and spiritual growth.

Childcare is provided for ages 6 and under.

Crafting Corner

Monthly Meetings, 7:00—11:00pm
Friday evenings starting September 5.
South Atrium Hall – enter at door B
Coordinator: Sheila Diamond

Join us for an evening of fun and fellowship. Come with special projects for organizations you are assisting, like flannel pillowcases for children with cancer or knitted scarves for the winter Special Olympics. Bring scrapbooks, stamping projects, needlepoint or whatever you desire and enjoy the evening working with other women. Come with snacks to share.
