Welcome to Kid City!

Our mission is to supplement the family in providing a Biblical and spiritual foundation that will guide children toward a relationship with Jesus Christ, and encourage them to grow in their faith.

Kid City is all about

• relevant, creative, and intentional Bible teaching

• qualified, enthusiastic leaders and ministry teams

Sunday Mornings
9:00am – 12:30pm

Baby Acres

A warm, safe, and loving environment is provided by qualified volunteers. We want our babies to grow and thrive in an atmosphere best suited for their developmental age. A secure kidcheck sign-in system and a pager for parents help to provide a safe and efficient means of making contact if needed.

Main Street
*preschool, ages 2 through 4 years

Classes are designed to use play, learning activities, music, and creative Bible teaching to help children learn about God in their early years. Separate departments are provided to create an ideal setting for each stage of early growth and development.

The El
*elementary, grades Kindergarten through 5th grade

Classes are age divided in order to provide for the greatest effectiveness in learning. Large group gatherings, small group activities, and Bible teaching sessions are provided throughout the morning to help ensure variety and age appropriateness. Presentation of the lessons each week feature drama, music, and creative storytelling. Small group leaders, many of them parents, get involved as intentional shepherds to help kids explore ways they can apply Bible lesson to their lives.

Sunday Evenings
6:00 – 7:30pm

AWANA is the featured club ministry for children ages 3 through 8th grade. This ministry is geared toward Bible verse memorization and application. Children enjoy a time of Bible lessons and fun games in which great prizes, points, and badges can be earned.

Wednesday Evenings

7:00 – 8:30pm

Scooters for ages 3 through Kindergarten.
Pioneer Girls for 1st - 5th grade girls.
Prime Time Champs/Challenge for 1st – 5th grade boys.

These Christ-centered clubs give kids a mid-week opportunity to have fun, make friends, learn together, and develop Christian values that are relevant to their lives. Featured each week are great activities, Bible lessons, hands-on projects, and gym time.

FEATURES:

We Really Care!
Our children’s ministry workers have been screened and trained through our child protection program called We Really Care. We encourage our volunteers, many of them parents and grandparents, to serve in areas where their gifts and talents can be best used.

KidCheck Security!
In order to ensure security of each child entrusted to our ministry, we partner with KidCheck, a secure national web based check-in system. Computer carts are at each ministry entrance to be used by parents to check-in their children. www.kidcheck.com
