Reset |
March 17, 2013 - March 31, 2013 |
The Gospel of Jesus through the pen of John concludes with a beautiful passage of restoration. Peter has denied Jesus and has returned to his old lifestyle. But Jesus doesn't let him go. He resets him. As disciples we will fail. But Jesus resets us, through confession and restoration, so that we can once again serve Him. |

Facing The Resurection |
January 27, 2013 - February 24, 2013 |
Each individual who met Jesus after His resurrection moved decisively from emptiness to fulness and from despair to hope. We will be exploring together the transformative power of the resurrected Christ. |

100 Years - All For Christ |
January 13, 2013 - January 20, 2013 |
One hundred years is worth celebrating. But we do not celebrate ourselves. HPBC is Jesus' church. We are His people. He is our Head and Chief Shepherd. So we celebrate Jesus: His faithfulness, His worth, and His shepherding. And as we celebrate, we recommit ourselves to two things. 1) We will listen to what Jesus says to this church. 2) We will follow Him where He leads us. |

Christ is All |
December 23, 2012 - January 6, 2013 |
Our study of the life of Jesus takes a step back to look at Jesus from the perspective of eternity. Jesus is the Eternal One. His pre-eminence stretches beyond time to all things. He is the Alpha. He is the Omega. He is the One, the only One, worth living for. How then can we give our all for Christ? |

End of the Beginning |
October 7, 2012 - December 16, 2012 |
The cross is an end, but it is also the beginning. Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection complete his mission here on earth. The cross represents the final payment for our sins. Yet, it is just the beginning of a new work God does in us. Given the right to be called children of God, life begins for us with our Savior and Lord. |

The Glory |
August 5, 2012 - September 30, 2012 |
Jesus lived for one single purpose: to glorify His Father. This singular focus led to a life with purpose and power. In John 17, we are given an inside view into His prayer life as He prays for Himself and for us. The Father's glory dominates every step of the way. Is your life simply and singularly focused on His glory? |

War and Peace |
June 17, 2012 - July 29, 2012 |
As Jesus prepares His disciples for His departure, he sends them on a mission. As Jesus leaves, the world's opposition to Him will turn towards them. They will be Jesus's witnesses and will be hated as He is hated, but the Holy Spirit will be with them. He will infiltrate hardened hearts and minds, convicting sinners of their need for the Savior, and guiding the disciples into all truth. |

Here and There |
March 4, 2012 - April 1, 2012 |
As Jesus prepares His disciples for what it means to live for Him after His return to His Father in heaven, He describes the essential and life giving connections between here and there. He explains how all three Persons of the Trinity work together in the salvation and discipleship process that is before them. |

Love's End |
January 8, 2012 - February 26, 2012 |
LOVE'S END. Love simply defined or explained doesn't have the same impact as love experienced and lived. The thirteenth chapter of John is a living picture of love that never stops. While the world speaks of love as fragile, illusive and even lost, Jesus portrays enduring, strong love to the end. In His love we are safe. |
